At the Operations Window press the Preferences / Reports tab. This is a view of each of the report generators in NFIRS 5 Alive:
Press the "Reports" button when you want to view and edit any report format stored in NFIRS 5 Alive. With the "Reports" button you can change titles (normally not recommended), add key words or delete report formats you do not need.
You can not use the "Reports" button to create a new report or to change a report style. Those tasks are reserved for the seven buttons below that allow you access to the seven NFIRS 5 Alive report generators.
