The NFIRS 5 Alive Presentations module exists to help you communicate information to others. Unlike record management systems, NFIRS 5 Alive keeps a copy of every report you produce.  So at any time you can display an animated graph or numeric you've created. Any Presentation can be printed out, sent to an intranet web site, used to create a web page or used like Microsoft PowerPoint to conduct a slide presentation. Presentations is similar to Microsoft's PowerPoint software program with the following exceptions:

1. The Presentations function loads reports automatically.

2. The Presentations function hosts single-slide report animation.

3. The Presentations function supports interactive numeric arrays.

4. Graphs and numeric arrays can be loaded from simple text documents.

Like PowerPoint the Presentation function will handle title slides you create and edit. It will also handle any photographs you have stored in your picture library.

The Presentations list view normally displays Presentations by creation date and time. If, for example, you process 20 new reports those reports will appear at the top of the list view when you open Presentations.
