Any picture in NFIRS 5 Alive picture library may be saved as a Presentation. Normally pictures are loaded into the Pictures function first. But as you will see below NFIRS 5 Alive allows you to load new pictures directly into Presentations.
When a picture is loaded properly it will appear when you double-click on it's title in Presentations. If you press the "Data" button you will be taken to the data entry area where you have the option of editing the title of the picture or adding a description.
Each picture presentation has the following options:
"View Picture Information" allows you to view information about the picture's creator, the date and time of creation as well as any analysis description that was provided with the picture.
"Copy Picture to Clipboard" copies the picture to the clipboard.
The picture may also be copied to Clips using the "Copy Picture to Clips" option.
You may "Save Picture to Pictures". This creates a new Pictures record to store the photograph.
The "Save Picture in a Disk File" option allows you to create a disk file of the picture.
For easy sharing of your pictures you can select "Create Email with Picture Attachment". This option automatically copies your photograph to a disk file then brings up the NFIRS 5 Alive Email Editor with instructions for handling the picture attachment.
If you are loading a new picture into Presentations you have the options to "Load Picture from Clipboard", "Load Picture from Clips" or "Load Picture from a Disk File".
Pictures also provides the ability to "View Clipboard" and "View Clips" and to view picture in compatible formats stored in folders on your disk drive.
